Purchases from KatyMakerspace.com may be returned and/or refunded only if the following policy has been complied with and all requirements have been met.

Tangible Items

Any tangible item may be returned within 30 days of purchase unless specifically marked otherwise on its product page. Simply contact Orders@KatyMakerspace.com with your order number to start the process. A valid order is required for any return. If the item is being returned due to our error (we sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, etc.), a full refund will be available. If there was no fault with the order, only the amount paid for the item, including taxes, can be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Memberships & Other Non-tangible Items

Memberships cannot be refunded after they have been activated however they are fully refundable prior to being activated. Once activated, memberships are valid for one calendar month. All other non-tangible items, fees, and services are generally non-refundable except in special circumstances.
